EPISODE 12- THE REPORT

in i speak of a message found by one of my fellow prisoners

today was an unusual day, as one of my fellow captives who helps me with surveillance found a strange message on one of the computers that we have been try to hack into. it doesn't appear like one of the terrorists sent it, but who else has access to these computers? and when she brought me back to look at it, it had disappeared, we were lucky enough that she got a glimpse of it when she did, though it is a very confusing message

sir, i must report that the activities going on here are much as we feared, i recommend that the next agent take more severe action, however i leave that up to your discretion. also there are a few prisoners that have formed a resistance of sorts, normally i would not mention this but some of the leaders of said resistance show promising qualities, and i highly recommend that the next agent try to make contact. speaking of which, everything here has been prepared for the transfer of agents, this has been made easier by the fact that these terrorists do not even bother for the most part to keep track of their prisoners and what they look like, however i urge you to send the next agent out soon as i believe some of the prisoners may be getting suspicious and i would like to work with these prisoners and not against them

The trials

EPISODE 11- THE GAMES

in which i speak of the new trials that we have been subjected to

a couple of days ago we were informed by our captors of a new supposed "training method" that we will be forced to participate in, it involves an gladiator style of fighting, i suppose that they are trying to cull the prisoners and whittle out all the captives that do not have the will to kill someone. i have also been overhearing conversations about this type of training and i am beginning to suspect that this may only be a way for the Alpha to get used to killing prisoners. i am very worried, as none of the captives have the fighting skill to defeat him, i am not even sure that my fellow outlaw and i would have a chance. but i must find a way, before any of the captives are killed

i apologize for this, sir, but i may have to be evacuated soon. i underestimated the security in the research labs, and i was discovered by one of the scientists working there. so far they believe me to be a prisoner snooping around, but if i am caught again it may raise suspicions if i am found to not be in their records

EPISODE 10- THE WATCHER

in which i speak of some strange happenings that have occurred in the past few days

something strange has been going on is the last few days, i have noticed a prisoner who doesn't seem familiar to me. he has been walking around the compound alot, it looks like he is trying to memorize locations, i also heard of a prisoner that was found in one of the high-security wings two days ago, that may have been him. i'm curious, i have never seen him before in my time as a captive, where did he come from? why is he here? what is he looking for?

SUBJECT: Project Endgame

we have had some difficulty in training the Alpha to take out live targets, he seems to still have some traces of compassion in him. i propose that we choose some of the prisoners at random for him to fight, thus giving him a reason for killing them, this will then get him used to killing live targets and also prepare him to face targets face to face in combat. if he does not survive then we will concentrate all our resources on finding a subject for project Bravo.

EPISODE 9- THE COLD

in which i speak of the coming winter

the last few days have been hard on the prisoners, because winter is approaching quickly, i have concerns of my own about whether we will be able to support a large group in the mountains if all of us escape, but i am sure that we will  find a way to survive. we cannot stay here much longer, me or the other prisoners who have not turned because of the presence of the Alpha, every day that i stay here increases my chances of capture, especially since i started sneaking into offices to see what they are planning, it is vital to know what they plan to do but at the same time it becomes more and more dangerous, also i found this document in an office just the other day.

yesterday i found one of the prisoners in a high-security research wing, he claimed to be on an errand but he seemed nervous, as if he actually had no right to be there. i am very concerned, as he may have got a glimpse of Project Endgame. i expect you to ensure greater security around that area from now on.

Stream

EPISODE 8- THE HUNT

in which i speak of the escape of the siblings of my fellow outlaw

last night i managed to make contact with the siblings and then we proceeded to make our escape from the compound virtually undetected. however before we were gone twenty minutes the Alpha must have noticed that some captives were gone and started on our trail, i think that if they had not neglected his training in such matters like tracking people and following a trail, we would have been captured in less than an hour. but no matter how neglected his training may have been he was still gaining on us, and i feared that our escape may have been for nothing when i saw a small stream leading into a crevasse in the rock, and i remembered a small stream leading into the very cave that my fellow outlaw and i had been hiding in up to this point. we took a chance and preparing ourselves for the cold of the water we plunged into the stream and followed it to the camp. i believe that the Alpha, not realizing that the water flowed into the rock, unsuccessfully hunted for a few more hours then returned to the compound.

EPISODE 7- THE RENDEZVOUS

in which i plan about getting some of the children out

i am going to the compound tonight, i plan to help the siblings of my fellow to escape on their own and join their brother in the mountains. i do this because i am planning on a mass breakout of all the non-broken older captives in a couple days, and i do not want repercussions on the children that have not turned. [sigh] they are so young to be going through such hardship, i suppose i myself am not that old but still, i cannot let any of them be hurt like i was, i must find a way to reverse the effects of the indoctrination and to free them before they can be permanently scarred by the things they may be forced to do.

The Alpha's training is proceeding well, we will soon be ready to send him out into the mountain.

There are a few concerns that he will not be able to overcome his friendship with the targets, but i think that unlikely, in any event we have decided to start testing the remaining prisoners to find a subject for our new modifications that should eliminate all hesitation in obeying orders. when we have decided on a subject he will be codenamed Bravo.

EPISODE 6-ASSASSIN

in which i explain about my plan to break the majority of the older captives free

the last week has been most stressful, as i have been working on a plan to get most of the older prisoners out of their bonds and into the mountains, this plan has been made difficult by the turncoat that i spoke of earlier. a couple days ago i managed to sneak into the office of one of the higher ranking terrorists and i discovered that he has been under their control for longer than expected, also in addition to the regular training that the prisoners get, he has also been given hand-to-hand combat training, training on how to use a gun and many more deadly skills. the most troubling thing that i found is that they may have physically altered him, using the same techniques that they plan to use on the children when they turn them into assassins. i am hoping to get out of here in a couple days, but i must use all of my training and stealth abilities to not get caught, i fear that even if we escape into the mountains he may hunt and find us. i suspect that even if we manage to elude the terrorists, we may not be able to escape him.

steven, i'm sending you this to let you know that project endgame is going well, we have had a few minor setbacks regarding escaped prisoners, but i have every confidence that they will be caught. we finally had a test subject survive the augmentation process and as long as he seems to respond well to his new abilities, we plan on sending him out to hunt the escaped prisoners. he will now be codenamed Alpha.

EPISODE 5- THE TURNCOAT

in which i make a discovery about one of the captives

tonight i am going to sneak out of the prison with the younger outlaw while the guards are distracted by the rest of the prisoners playing their usual night game. i am anxious to be away from the prison because while i was doing some scouting around the solitary confinement cells last night i recognized one of the captives in a meeting with some of the higher ranking terrorists. i fear that one of the captives has turned completely and will now most likely be willing to hunt after us in the mountains, up until this point they did not want to spare men and resources to find us just in case we tried to cause havoc back at the prison while they were gone. even worse i used to know this captive and he may be able to recognize and reveal me if he has the chance, i knew him well once..... i know that of all the captives i fear him hunting me the most, he is relentless, i know that he chase me and kill me if he has the chance. i must be very careful tonight, he cannot get even a trace of my presence before i leave.

EPISODE 4- THE PLAYGROUND

in which i infiltrate the group of older captives

three day ago i snuck into the group of older prisoners without the guards knowing of it, i plan to stay here for a couple more days until i can retrieve the younger brother of my fellow outlaw from the solitary confinement that he is in as a result of disobeying his captors. while i was here we were taken to a outdoor facility that had a playground of sorts near it, and we were instructed as to the way that we are going to use it. we then proceeded to play a game, involving one person using only his hearing and sense of direction to find the rest of us on the playground. i have found that many of the captives have given in to the captors and as a result the game was full of betrayal and backstabbing, some prisoners think that if they do well that they will be rewarded and put in a better position than the other captives. my hope for rescuing every one of the prisoners is fading, i will try to rescue some of them but only if i can be sure that they have not given in to the indoctrination.

EPISODE 3- THE SECOND TARGET

in which i infiltrate the group of older captives

tonight i am going to repeat my accomplishment of the previous night and sneak back into the midst of my former fellow prisoners, i plan on making contact with prisoners that may be willing to try to escape with me when i leave, however i do not know who is reporting to the captors and i cannot risk detection, after last night the guards are on the alert and i cannot show my face out in the open. my new plan is to stay in the shadows and wait to see who is remaining defiant and resisting the effects of the mind-controlling drugs that the captors give to them. it is a priority to find captives that we can rescue as it is becoming increasingly difficult to stay alive and in good health in the mountains with just two people to guard us from the deadly predators that roam the area around the compound. but with more people comes more chance of detection, however i will not leave people in there to be treated as they are treated, we have found a series of caves in which we will have plenty of room for all us former prisoners when we have rescued them, but for now we must start getting them out of the compound and procure weapons while we do it.

EPISODE 2*-THE DOCTRINE AND SPEAKING TECHNIQUES OF FREE MEN

in which i prepare to go into the compound to scout out a way to rescue the children

tonight i am going into the compound, my fellow outlaw is going to stage a diversion while i attempt to infiltrate the facility. i hope to convince some of the stronger-minded children that there is a way to escape and that they will not be in chains forever, but i fear that some of them are already so far indoctrinated that i may be revealed if i try to talk to them. two of the children are siblings of my fellow outlaw and i have high hopes that they may be resisting the control of their captors, i believe that they will be the ones that i try to communicate to and thus i may secure help from the inside if i need to come back into the compound ever again. i may not be able to talk to the other children as myself but most of them still remember the shadow in the dark and i may fall back upon that role if i am unable to reveal myself without chance of detection, i must bring their minds out of this stupor that they are in or they may be lost forever.

In the mountains

EPISODE 1- THE MOUNTAIN HIDEOUT

in which we find the spot for our camp

day 2 of freedom, we have successfully escaped the prison and are now looking for a place to camp while we continue to try and rescue the other prisoners still in captivity. one of our plans involves me going back and infiltrating the prison now that we know how to get out, this is a risky plan but it may be worth it to free the captives from their bonds, also the risks of escaping are greatly reduced now that we have someone on the outside to help me and the other prisoners sneak out. i think the next prisoner we will try to free is the brother of my fellow outlaw, as he also has skill hunting and with weapons, together us three would have the capability to actually go on the offensive and begin to start finding a way into the compound where they are keeping the children, as i am beginning to suspect that they are performing experiments on them to increase their strength and tactical skills, to turn them into the most deadly assassins. I SEE WHAT WALLACE WAS TALKING ABOUT NOW, FREEDOM IS INDEED WORTH FIGHTING FOR.

Real freedom

EPISODE 23-THE ESCAPE

in which i plan out the final route for my escape

tonight we are going to our weekly stealth and tactics training session, but little do they know that this is the night when i grab the only other resisting prisoner and we are making a break for it. i have devised a plan to escape, during the usual stealth game we will meet up and when the guards are distracted by the improvised bombs i set up, we will make our run for freedom. i will be slightly disappointed leave however, seeing how many prisoners we are leaving behind in the clutches of our captor. i would try to convince some of them to escape with us but i am afraid they are so far gone under the effects of the indoctrination that they would try attempt to report us to the guards. i am thinking about it and i realize we will not get far without some kind of weapon to protect us from the fierce predators that roam the mountains near our prison, however we are in luck, the prisoner i am escaping with used to be some kind of hunter and has proficiency with weapons of all kinds. YOU CANNOT FORCE ME TO READ YOUR BOOKS ANY LONGER, YOU CRUEL DEVILS.

EPISODE 11-THE SHADOW 

in which the children are sent on mock training missions to test their fitness and stealth

yesterday i was taken to the area and shown the children and what they were doing the evening, i was also told that if i did not assist them with their 'games' one of my fellow prisoners would be tortured and shot. the game was called mission impossible, in which the children had to run a course filled with obstacles and patrolled by guards to reach the end, however what the children did not know was that this was actually a mind bending tool of our captors to make them think that if they do well and obey orders they would be rewarded. there was only one thing i could do to stop this nefarious activity..... i became like a wraith, hunting them through the hallways and finding them wherever they hid, i had to teach them something, so that they would think that if they ever obeyed orders like they were supposed to they would be found. i did what must be done..... i became like a shadow......

Speaking class

EPISODE 5-THE DOCTRINE AND SPEAKING TECHNIQUES OF TERRORISTS

in which we were taught how to make ransom demands and learn about the way our captors live their lives

day 100 of my captivity, yesterday we were taken to a building different than our usual arena and learning place. in this place we were subjected to torture in order to make us more receptive to the rules and doctrine forced upon us, things such as the beliefs of our captors, we were also forced to learn code names for each other and then use means of silent communication to work together. tonight we are going to a event where they try to get the most downtrodden of the captives to join their ranks, little do they realize that this is giving me a opportunity to recruit others to my side and free many prisoners from their bonds. AHHHH YE OLDE ENGLISH, IT IS MINE OWN PLEASURE TO SPEAKTH IN THIS GREAT AND NOBLE TONGUE OF THE LORDS OF THE CRUSADES!

Dodgeball

ESCAPE FROM THE PRISON

EPISODE 1- the dodgeball games

day 91 of my captivity, yesterday i was again forced to participate in a strength building exercise, leading me to believe that my earlier conclusion of us being trained as terrorists is correct, also tonight we are being forced to fight each other in a savage game of dodgeball leaving only the strongest to win. we are going also to one of the usual indoctrination sessions, little do they realize that i have found the secret to beating their mind controlling words. i must find a way to communicate with some of the other prisoners, though i did see one of the other prisoners trying to resist the mind numbing technique, i must tell him the secret to beat it, with luck together we could rescue even more of the children and lead them away from our captors. THE CRUSADES, HMMM PEOPLE TALK OF RACISM NOW DAYS, BUT MAN THEY WERE JUST HATING ON EVERYBODY BACK THEN.

The wilderness

day 81 of my captivity, the last few days have been unusual, as we were taken out to this camp out in the wilderness and forced to pump water and learn about nature, i can only conclude that they are training us to be a terrorist group that will unleashed upon unsuspecting targets. ALL THE RULES MUST BE BROKEN, ALL OF THEM.... oh wait there are some that we're supposed to follow? NEVER MIND, BREAK ONLY SOME OF THE RULES, YEAH!!!

The second escape plan

day 78 of my captivity, early yesterday morning i managed to sneak down to where i hid my hang glider and did some work on it, i still need to find a way to get to the top of the nearby hill though.... hmm plans for tomorrow, figure out way to get to hill. HAHA THEY NEED INTERPRETERS TO TALK TO IRISH PEOPLE, THEIR ACCENT IS SO THICK THAT IT HAS TURNED INTO ANOTHER LANGUAGE.

The other prisoners

day 74 of my captivity, yesterday i encountered other young people like me in captivity, they are going through the same indoctrination program as the children, but unfortunately they are too far gone for me to rescue them and i must leave them behind. I DON'T KNOW, THIS GUY CAN'T EVEN TAP-DANCE OR WRITE POETRY. I MEAN EVERYONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THESE SIMPLE THINGS RIGHT?

Tedious digging

day 63 of my captivity, i have abandoned the tunnel as it was taking too long and i must escape quickly if i am to free the children from their bondage. MICROBES... SOIL... GARDENING.... HMMM YES, OF MUCH INTEREST ARE THESE SUBJECTS TO ME.

No mercy

day 37 of my captivity, last night i stood helplessly by as my captors indoctrinated young children to their cause..... i shall escape and when i do, i shall take my revenge on these oppressors. blog post => ALWAYS COVER YOUR MOUTH WITH SOMETHING WHEN YOU YAWN, TIS BAD MANNERS TO DO OTHERWISE.

The hunger games

day fifteen of my captivity, it seem that the other players of this ultimate frisbee are prisoners as well, and we are being forced to play for the amusement and prestige of our respective captors.MISTERIOUSLY APPEARING BREAD HMMM, SOUNDS LIKE A PROBLEM FOR SHERLOCK HOLMES, AS FOR ME I LIKE TO CONCERN MYSELF WITH MAKING BREAD DISAPPEAR.

Temporary freedom

day eight of my captivity, my captors have granted me a parole, and i was allowed to play a sport known as ultimate frisbee yesterday. and of course the book review, WHY ALL THIS PREJUDICE AGAINST JUGGLERS? I MEAN REALLY, JUGGLERS ARE PEOPLE TOO YOU KNOW. I THINK IT IS TIME TO STAND UP AND DECLARE THAT WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS! WE DEMAND THE RIGHT TO WALK DOWN HALLWAYS WITHOUT SUPERVISION. IF WE WANT TO BE MONKS, THEN WE WILL BE MONKS!!

Mind over body

day seven of my captivity, they have resorted to manual labour to try and break me,but my spirit remains strong. WHAT IS THE LITTLE MONK DOING? IS HE RETURNING TO HIS FORMER JUGGLER WAYS? WHO KNOWS, FIND OUT NEXT TIME ON THE DICTATION BOOK! [epic music fades out]

The beginning

day five of my captivity, they still have no idea of my escape plan. in other news i was made to read school books.......yes they have descended to such torture, and i must now write a blog of all things about them.my post as follows...... THE BOOK WAS GOOD AND TOTALLY RIVETING, IT EXPLAINED EVERYTHING I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT LIFE, A GOOD BOOK.
